of commitment and breath…

[read time: 2 minutes]

today is the first day of the 108 Days of Compassionate Commitment program and i am SO proud of everyone who has joined me for this journey.

together, we are creating the possibility of being both compassionate with ourselves and fiercely committed to acting in alignment with our intentions.

it is not enough to intend. we must take advantage of opportunities to do what is harmonious with true self expression.

we cannot stop at writing out what we want. desire is a powerful tool for manifestation when used appropriately.  the right attitude and action optimize both the process and the results.

it is self-defeating to struggle mindlessly toward a goal, especially when we miss the subtle directions and encouragement life consistently offers.

and on this first day of the 108 Days program, i am super excited because i know how powerful yoga and mindfulness practice have been in my life.

as we move forward together, i take a deep breath and create space for an environment of nurturing, loving support.

i am both honored and looking forward to facilitating a faster, smoother path for achieving goals and living intentions for all of the 108 Days Participants.

Congratulations and blessings on this amazing journey!

Also, I thought it was really cool how you actually posted when the time was “108”…solid!
