About Tazima’s approach to teaching yoga:
Tazima creates a light-hearted environment in which students explore a physically engaging, yet mindful practice, and cultivate compassion through self acceptance.

She distills sometimes lofty yogic theory through modern life examples and demystified posture instruction, which helps even inexperienced practitioners find a do-able, grounded, enjoyable yoga practice.

Tazima’s goal is to help her clients and students access deeper meaning and bring purpose to their practice both on and off the mat.

$40 – individual
$25 – 2-6 people
$150 – flat fee for 6 or more
yoga mat rental: $5 / session per person
